Coconut Barfi

Ingredients:

COCONUT
SUGAR
ELAICHI
BADAM
KAJU
FRESH MILK

Method:

FIRSTLY GRIND THE COCONUT AND TAKE THE NON STICK KADAI AND ON THE GAS PUT THE COCONUT AND FRESHMILK AND SUGAR IN THE KADAI AND IT SHOULD BE THERE TILL IT WILL BECOME A THICK LAYER AND AFTER ADD ELAICHI POWDER AND TAKE IN THE PLATE AND GARNISH IT WITH BADAM AND KAJU AND AFTER IT IS CHILLED KEEP IN OVEN FOR 1-2 MINS AND REMOVE IT AND CUT IN PIECES
READY TO SERVE SWEET COCONUT BARFI
