Ingredients: 2 Tsp oil
Oil for deep frying
2 boiled potatoes, mashed (as we do for batata wada)
2 tbsp ginger-garlic finely chopped.
2 green chillies, finely cut.
1 tbsp chilly sauce.
1 tbsp tomato ketchup.

Red chillies paste..APT
white pepper….APT
1 ladi pavs.
1/2 cup grated cabbage
10 rings of thinly sliced onion
10 slices of tomatoes
1/4 cup schezwan sauce (see recipe in this community)
FOR BATTER :-
2 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp refined flour (maida)
1 tsp red chilly paste
salt..APT
water to make medium thick batter. Mix all ingredients for batter and keep aside.
Method: Heat oil in a kadai, add ginger-garlic and green chillies. Cook for 1 minute. Add red chilly paste, chilly sauce, tomato ketchup, salt and white pepper. Mix well. Remove and cool. Add to potatoes and make balls (like we do for batata wada).
Dip this balls in batter and deep fry.
Cut pav into half, add schezwan sauce and grated cabbage, place one ring of onion and tomato slice. Place hot wada, onion slice and tomato slice.
Close the pav and enjoy garma garam “HERA PHERI” WADA PAV
