Ingredients: 1 cup Corn
1/4 tsp Ajinomoto Powder
1/2 tsp Soya Sauce
1 tbsp Plain Flour
1 Carrot, finely chopped
100gms cabbage, chopped
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
1 tsp Chili Sauce
Water to boil
Salt to taste
Method: Boil the corn in a pressure cooker till tender. Take the corn in a deep pan.
Mix the corn flour in 1/2 cup water and keep aside.
Add water, salt, sugar, vegetables, butter, milk and chili sauce. Mix well and put to boil.
Once boiling, add corn flour paste and stir continuously.
Keep stirring till the soup is thick and clear.
Stir in the soya sauce and take off fire.
Serve hot and enjoy!
If fresh corn is not available, you can use canned sweet corn tin.
