Any recipe data you submit through our Submit-a-Recipe form becomes the property of Recipeonclick.com and hence the person submitting the recipe agrees to make the recipe available of Recipeonclick.com.We cannot be held responsible for any duplication or plagiarism, since the submitter of the recipe have already agreed to share the recipe on our website.
This includes the ingredients and their measurements, any serving suggestions or variations, and the instructions needed to prepare the recipe.
Submitting any copyrighted or trademarked material that is not owned by you is illegal and unethical.We highly discourage such malpractices.
Also the recipes submitted here could not be copied or shared elsewhere by anyone, except by the owner of that recipe. Any violation of this rule might end you up in a legal battle.
In case we are informed by an authority that the recipe submitted by you is not actually owned by you but a third party, that recipe will be removed and you will be warned. Further such submissions will result in a ban from submitting recipes by that person.
Published cookbook recipes are generally not allowed and are protected by the publisher’s copyright. So kindly seek the permission from the author of the book or atleast mention due credits of the book and author whose recipe you are sharing.
