Ingredients: Garlic – 2 big, peeled
Curry leaves few
salt to taste
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tsp
Red chilly powder – 1 tbsp
Lime juice – 1/2 tsp
Method: Mix all in a grinder, make into fine paste.
It tastes better if we make it using mortar and pestle.
Goes well with dosa, hot rice.
This is my favorite only when I am not going outside to meet people :-))))
But one must use some mouth freshener after eating this.
