Shrikhand

Ingredients: 1/2 cup milk to be blend with American corn.
1/2 cup milk.
1 cup corn.
1 tbsp curd.
Sugar as per taste.
Dry fruits cut finely.
Kesar small pinch (optional)instead of yellow colour.

Method: Blend 1 cup American corn with 1/2 cup milk to make a paste.
Add this paste to a pan and cook with 1/2 cup milk till the milk/mixture comes to boil. COOL.
Add 1 tbsp curd (dahi) to the cooled mixture and keep it in some warm place to ferement as we do in case of fermenting curd. (It will take 6 hours or more to set). Add sugar and dry fruits. Kesar is optional.
Serve cold like shrikhand.
