CHICKEN TIKKA BIRYANI

Ingredients: CHICKEN TIKKA BIRYANI
i have never tasted such an awesome biryani made soo quick!!! i didnt use any coloring except for my PURE SPANISH SAFFRON….
FOR THE CHICKEN
400 grams chicken breast cubed
marinate in
1 cup sour yoghurt
2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
1 tablespoon RAJAH TANDOORI MASALA ( u can use any brand)
1 tablespoon of MDH garam masala ( or any other)
red chilli powder
juice of 1 juicy lime and salt
mix the chicken with this and marinate for about 2-3 hours
FOR THE RICE
2 cups basmati rice soaked for 30 mins

4-5 cloves
1 small stick cinnamon
2 bay leaves
a pinch of NITU DIDIS PURE SPANISH SAFFRON STRANDS
